• All original packaging and tags are intact
• The item is not on our non-returnable list

4. Ship items to our Baltimore facility with RAN clearly marked

5.4 Damaged or Defective Items

Contact us immediately if you receive damaged or defective items. Include photos of the issue, and we will arrange for replacement or refund at no cost to you.
