Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after payment confirmation.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We offer two shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping:
- Carrier: DHL or FedEx
- Delivery Time: 10-15 business days after shipment
- Cost: $12.95 USD (applied to all orders)
- Free Shipping:
- Carrier: EMS
- Delivery Time: 15-25 business days after shipment
- Available for orders over $50 USD
Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We currently ship worldwide except to certain Asian countries and remote areas.
Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind the quality of our premium fitness equipment. If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a straightforward returns and exchanges process for most products.
Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- All original packaging and tags must be intact
- The item must not be part of our non-returnable products (listed below)
Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Bench Pads and Accessories (due to personal contact)
- Balance Balls (hygiene reasons)
- Belts (personal protective equipment)
- Any items that show signs of use or are not in resalable condition
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:
- Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your request.
- Provide the following information (you may use our template below):

- The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- Reason for return/exchange
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
- Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions within 2 business days.
- Package your return – Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
- Ship your return – Include the RAN clearly on the package and ship to our Baltimore facility using a trackable method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)

Exchange Processing
For exchanges:
- We will ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
- Standard shipping times apply (10-15 days for DHL/FedEx, 15-25 days for EMS)
- If the exchange item is of higher value, you will need to pay the difference
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:
