Our Return Policy

You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and in its original condition
  • All original packaging and tags must be intact
  • The item must not be part of our non-returnable products (see below)

Non-Returnable Products

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Bench Pads and Accessories (due to personal contact)
  • Balance Balls (hygiene reasons)
  • Belts (personal protective equipment)
  • Any items that show signs of use or are not in resalable condition

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

  1. Contact our customer service within 15 days of receiving your order by emailing [email protected] with your request.
  2. Provide the following information (you may use our template below):
  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
  • Reason for return/exchange
  • Whether you prefer a refund or exchange
  • Wait for approval – Our team will review your request and send you a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions within 2 business days.
  • Package your return – Securely pack the item(s) in the original packaging with all accessories and documentation.
  • Ship your return – Include the RAN clearly on the package and ship to our Baltimore facility using a trackable method. You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error.

    Refund Processing

    Once we receive and inspect your return:

    • Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
    • The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
    • You will receive an email notification when the refund has been processed

    Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.

    Exchange Processing

    For exchanges:

    • We will ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
    • Standard shipping times apply (10-15 days for DHL/FedEx, 15-25 days for EMS)
    • If the exchange item is of higher value, you will need to pay the difference

    Damaged or Defective Items

    If you receive a damaged or defective item:

    • We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
