Our Return Policy
You may return most items within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- All original packaging and tags must be intact
- The item must not be part of our non-returnable products (see below)
Non-Returnable Products
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following products cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Bench Pads and Accessories (due to personal contact)
- Balance Balls (hygiene reasons)
- Belts (personal protective equipment)
- Any items that show signs of use or are not in resalable condition
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to process your return or exchange:

- Provide the following information (you may use our template below):
- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return or exchange
- Reason for return/exchange
- Whether you prefer a refund or exchange

Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days
- The refund will be issued to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
- You will receive an email notification when the refund has been processed
Note: Depending on your financial institution, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Exchange Processing
For exchanges:
- We will ship your replacement item once we receive and process your return
- Standard shipping times apply (10-15 days for DHL/FedEx, 15-25 days for EMS)
- If the exchange item is of higher value, you will need to pay the difference
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item:

- Include photos of the damage or defect
- We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you
